The collaborative robot is a welding equipment specially produced by our company for heavy industry. This machine can be used for linear welding, round welding, multi-stage process welding, etc. Compared with the traditional robotic arm, the collaborative robot is easy to operate and does not require complicated program settings. The setting can be completed by pulling the robotic arm to set the welding point according to the welding path. The Equipment equipped pulse MIG welding power source, and the communication response between the welding machine and the robotic arm is timely. The overall welding process is smooth, which reduces labor costs and improves work efficiency.

Software Introduction
Compared with traditional robots, collaborative robots have a simpler control software interface. As can be seen from the above figure, there are three main settings in the operation interface.
1、The selection of welding path.
2、The setting of welding process and parameters.
3、Welding gun position setting.
The interface has wire feeding settings and gas detection.
After the welding parameters and points are set, you can click the simulation button on the parameter
interface to simulate the running path of the welding gun
The three pictures above are the selection of weld path, the setting of welding parameters, and the setting of welding gun swing mode.These three settings determine the quality of the weld, how well the wire melts, how wide the weld is, and how strong the weld is.
