Humidity affects the optical system of laser welding machines. One of the core components of a laser welding machine is the optical system, which focuses the laser beam onto the welding point. However, in high humidity environments, water vapor in the air can form mist or droplets on the surface of optical elements, affecting the transmission and focusing of the laser beam, thereby reducing welding quality and stability.
Electronic components in laser welding machines are also highly sensitive to humidity. Excessive humidity may cause moisture absorption and corrosion of circuit boards, leading to short circuits, open circuits, and other faults, affecting the normal operation of the equipment. For example, install waterproof covers or sealing gaskets inside the equipment to ensure that the components are not affected by moisture. Additionally, regularly clean the dust and dirt on the surface of the equipment to maintain cleanliness.
When manufacturing laser welding machines, select high-performance materials with low sensitivity to humidity. These materials have better moisture resistance and stability, reducing the impact of humidity on equipment performance. Regularly inspect and maintain laser welding machines to identify and resolve problems promptly. In particular, critical components such as optical systems and electronic components should be inspected and replaced regularly to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
